By I wanted to make a sectioning diagram for my balayage project (see photo below). I wanted to show how I would be dividing the rows and columns of the balayage. I thought it would be fun, but I was afraid I would make the sections look too wide. I wanted to show what I wanted the sections to look like, not what was going to happen.

The problem is that your balayage looks great when youve got straight lines to balance it. But in reality, its all about how close you get to the bottom of your line, and not only that, its all about how the line bends. Your line will look awesome when its straight. But once you start bending it, its all about how far you bend it. Its all about how much you bend it and how much line you have.
This is where drawing diagrams comes into play. Diagramming is the art of using the same diagram for the same thing again and again. Diagrams can serve as a great tool for visualizing your objects/techniques and making sure you don’t get confused about what you’re doing.
