By My favorite things in life are my family and my work. So when my husband and I were planning our wedding, one of my favorite things to consider was the location. We had two different ideas and both were about a five-minute drive from our home. The location was not at the top of our list. So we decided to just get married in a small town. It was our first real wedding and I remember thinking, “this is so much more fun than our last one.
I remember thinking that too. We were both under the impression that a small town would be easier for our families to get along with and that a rural setting would give us the opportunity to have a more intimate wedding. After all, if we hadn’t met at a wedding, we would have made a big deal out of our first date.
It turns out that my idea of a little more intimate was not meant to be. Of course, it was really stupid of us to think that all that would have been achieved by having our big day in a “small town”. And even if we hadnt had our wedding in a small town, getting married in a small town would have been a huge advantage.
Although this is a small, rural wedding, it was also the first one that we’ve had in the city. I am by no means a fan of small cities. I’ve always thought that the small town setting is the only place where a person of any class can feel really comfortable. I also find it strange that we have a wedding here in a small town as opposed to a city because we would have been far more comfortable in a city.
We live with a lot of small town cousins and weve all gotten married in small town weddings. That is the closest thing Ive ever had to a small town wedding. The small town I grew up in was in the same state as our city and it was an all-white wedding. Ive never gone back. We live in a small town for a reason, and weve got a lot to do.
As it turns out Riverdale has a lot to do. The wedding is actually in the middle of the night with only the ceremony and the reception happening at the same time. The ceremony is in a church, but the reception is at my brother’s house. Apparently the only thing that is “off” about Riverdale is the fact that it is a small town and we get married in a church.

Riverdale is also known for being one of the most expensive areas in the city, so it’s no surprise that they’re having to build a new church and new apartment towers. As for the couple’s future, the new church they’re planning is going to cost almost as much as the new apartment buildings they’re building. This should be interesting.
Riverdale is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the Riverdale of 2016. The new church looks nice, the new apartments are nice, and they don’t have the most expensive buildings in the city.
It always amazes me how much money Riverdale has. Its a pretty high end, upscale, very expensive town with a lot of wealthy people and lots of money to spend on new buildings. I get the impression that Riverdale is still pretty new, and that all the new construction is being done to make it look better. This may be the thing that makes me think that Riverdale is a pretty high end town.
