By It’s about the best book I have read in the past year and a half. I am a huge fan of this author and I am always on the lookout for new books to add to my collection.
Sally Thorne is the author of the award winning The Night Journey series. The series is about a woman who travels back in time and finds herself in an alternate version of the 20th century where she is the wife of a famous artist. I haven’t read any of her other books, but I will say they are all great reads.
I’ve only read a few of her books, but I know I am in love with the series, which is probably why I am always on the lookout for new ones.
Sally Thorne has a tendency to write about the same theme or theme over and over again, and this series is no exception. It seems like a good story because of the repetition, and the fact that Sally keeps changing her POVs in the same way. I feel like that is what makes it so compelling. You can see why I feel the need to reacquaint myself with her books every few years.
Sally Thorne’s books are, by the way, among the few that are really written as non-fiction. They are a well written story about the supernatural, but they are not meant to be a scholarly account. They are stories meant to entertain.

It’s probably an understatement to say that I think both the books and the world of A Girl of the Woods are wonderful, but I also think that it’s a bit of a shame that it doesn’t get as much attention in the media and that the attention tends to be aimed at these other, more violent, characters.
The books are very violent, but I think it’s because the books are written with a certain level of realism. It’s hard to hide the fact that our world is a very violent and scary place, but the characters arent as brutal as the ones in the books. With many of the books, it’s just as likely to be the characters who are the most brutal as it is the ones who are the most normal.
